어제밤 갑자기 시행된 계정동결건으로 많이들 답답하셨지요..
우선 1차적으로 해결방법을 찾아 안내드리오니 다음의 방법대로 해보시고 안되시는 분들께서는 연락주세요. 

 정상적으로 프로필 통합을 한 본인들의 메일로 들어가시면
본사 support팀과 주고 받은 메일이 있을것입니다.
프로필 통합건과 관련하여 마지막에 받은 메일의 전체답장으로


I merged my email addresses on February 6, 2023.(날짜는 개별로 다르니 맞춰서 변경하세요.)
But my account was frozen.
Please unfreeze after confirmation.

이렇게보내면 서포트팀에서 아래처럼 답변이 오기도 하고 오지 않고 동결해지가 되어 있기도 합니다. 빠르면 10분 내, 아니면 약 30분 뒤에 확인해보시면되고, 다른 내용이 답장이 왔을경우엔 저희에게 다시 연락주세요.
